1
Why should I purchase a policy from an agent when I can shop on-line on insurer’s wbsite?

While insurance companies can only sell policies of their own, our agency has access to many markets allowing us to deliver more options. We have dozens of markets from which to select, and will search them all to bring you the best possible combination of price, coverage, and service. More options mean lower premiums for you.

2
Once I’m a your commercial customer, who will be servicing my account? How do I request certificates of insurance?

A team consisting of your broker and an insurance processing specialist will handle your account Monday to Friday 8 to 5. If you have an emergency after hours or on weekend, you can always e-mail or call your agent.

Certificates of insurance can be request from us and we will e-mail it for you to the desired certificate holder or we can allow access in our management system, where you can submit certificates 24/7, 7 days a week.

3
Should I package my home and auto insurance with the same insurance carrier?

Yes and No. Some carriers will offer discounts on your auto insurance if you bundle with homeowners, but our practice shows that sometimes having home and auto with different carriers is cheaper compared with the same insurance carrier. Our response to this question would be: Package your home and auto insurance with the same insurance agency, not necessarily  carrier.

4
What is the difference between comprehensive and collision coverage?

Collision coverage – Covers damage to the insured vehicle in the event it overturns or collides with another car or object, other than an animal.

Comprehensive coverage – helps cover different types of losses that are usually not the result of driving the vehicle, such as fire, theft, vandalism, wind, hail, breakage of glass.

5
What is the meaning of 25/50/20 on my personal auto policy

The limits refer to the maximum that your insurance company will pay if you are at fault for an accident, i.e. under a 25/50/20 limit policy:

  1. The Insurance Company will pay up to $25,000 for bodily injuries for which the insured is legally liable caused to ONE (1) third party per occurrence.
  2. The Insurance Company will pay up to $50,000 for total (aggregate) bodily injuries for which the insured is legally liable caused to ALL third parties per occurrence.
  3. The Insurance Company will pay up to $20,000 for property damage for which the insured is legally liable caused to third parties per occurrence.
